Is This Email Really from MyBlockX?

MyBlockX never asks for your password, 2-factor authentication codes, or remote access. If you are being asked to provide any of this information in an email from MyBlockx you can be sure the email did not originate from us.

Emails from MyBlockX will always have the MyBlockX.com domain name at the end of them. For example  emails from support@myblockx.com, contact@myblockx.com, no-reply@myblockx.com, and any other email from the @myblockx.com domain can be trusted

We also send emails from MyBlockX sub-domains.

For example, a message from  contact@updates.myblockx.com is valid. Note that the email address ends in .MyBlockX.com.

Regardless of sub-domain, we cryptographically sign all of our emails using DKIM and protect our domain against unsigned emails with DMARC.
